not an expert. I assume a bar display piece. the dogs eyes must of lit up at one time. one of the wires to the white dogs eye can be removed,it stays there when you push it back, one of the wires( see pic 9 and 10) would need to be soldered on that has come of, never seen this type of wiring, would it plug into some type of old battery source? feels like it is some type of moulded plastic case and dog figures. back with the hooks same type of material,the right side looks to be a place to set the bottle. dogs are a little dusty-dirty , approx 12 " wide and the white dogs tallest ear is about 9 " tall. has a resistor and not sure what the other ones are, they say Hunts A503150 v dc ? shipped tracked from canada
